Norgay:
Guidance Through Life's Rough Terrain
As Tenzing Norgay guided the first expedition to reach Everest, I will guide you through the challenges you face.
I provide practical, science-grounded support for professional shifts, addiction education, and personal life transitions.
Professional & Academic Transitions
Burnout recovery, changing direction, adult higher education, and re-entering the workforce after an extended absence have become a modern reality.
Whether you actively sought this change or were forced to adapt to sudden circumstances, navigating a new reality doesn't have to feel overwhelming.
Practical tools: job interview simulation, CV enhancement, public speaking skills, vocational testing, and academic orientation.
Addiction Education & Guidance
Science-grounded education on the neurological and behavioral mechanics of addiction—spanning early childhood prevention strategies to long-term awareness and understanding.
This is educational support, not clinical treatment. Effective recovery relies on a multidisciplinary team—psychiatrists, doctors, specialized counselors, and support groups.
I help individuals and families make sense of the science, demystify the struggle, and face the treacherous terrain of addiction with more clarity.
Practical tools: Psychoeducation, early prevention strategies, multidisciplinary support mapping, family guidance, and coping mechanisms.
Personal Challenges & Life Transitions
Midlife comes with significant structural friction—from relocation and changing health realities to parenthood, lifestyle shifts, or grieving a loss.
Every major shift requires rebuilding stability, setting firm boundaries, and adjusting to a new reality.
Practical tools: Personal values testing, personal audits, boundary setting, and life-reset action planning.
Nobody does it alone
Most people remember Sir Edmund Hillary as the first person to stand atop Everest. But he did not make that ascent alone. Alongside him was Tenzing Norgay—an experienced Sherpa whose route-finding, technical knowledge, and terrain experience were essential to reaching the summit safely and returning.
The Guide Doesn't Climb For You:
The summit remains your challenge, but having the right orientation on treacherous ground changes the navigation.
Navigation Over Hype:
In high-friction situations, progress requires practical route security, reality-testing, and steady execution—not empty encouragement with fluff positivity.

Meet Your Guide
I go by Ø. My path wasn't linear—it was forged through heavy-duty change. From living in six countries and changing careers, to falling into addiction, losing my family, and climbing back out of Hell to rebuild from scratch.
I speak from science, but I filter every book through the blood, sweat, and tears of lived recovery and reinvention.
To hell with toxic positivity and corporate fluff. Real transitions are uncomfortable and hard.
Accomplishment isn't about superficial perfection—it's about doing the work, turning suffering into resilience, and owning your authenticity.
